College’s History
In the year 2020, in pursuit of adding quality and value to the educational standards of the country, the Hamzainab College of Heath Technology and Sciences, Osogbo, was first resgistered and established, gaining approvals from the CAC, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Education respectively.
In line with this high aim, the College is aligning herself with established government rules, and Boards' directives, to deliver desired programs for potential students. The main objectives of the school are to:
Train students of middle level cadres in Health profession;
Retrain and re-orient the existing Health personnel;
Carry out research in different fields of health care;
These objectives are bound to be pursued with vigor and tremendous efforts to actualize great success.
On account of its well-designed academic standard and the conducive learning environment that it offers, the School promises to attract students from far and near, both indigenes and non-indigenes alike. The GNS department was established to improve and extend the scope of instructions in all the programs and as well to satisfy NBTE criteria for accreditation of the College's programs. The college is situated at Osogbo, in Osogbo local government, Osogbo-Ilesa road, in Osun state. .
The school is staffed with erudite scholars and dignified personalities. Adequate classrooms, Laboratories and Modern facilities as prescribed in the national policy for education are intact. There is adequate water and power supply. The college of Health technology Osogbo has a formidable and functional organogram for Proprietor / Chairman / Director to the Provost, Deputy Provost, Registrar, Librarian, Bursar, Administrative staff and lecturers/tutors.
